Oral Appliance Therapy

If you don’t want to use a mask, you may want to think about a surgical procedure for sleep apnea. There are outpatient surgical procedures that work to reduce the flesh at the back of the throat. However, these carry risks as well, and a lot of people don’t want to undergo anesthesia. Some people with sleep apnea look at losing weight reduce the likelihood they will have sleep apnea, but that will take a while.

Oral Appliances

Many people who suffer from sleep apnea find that oral appliances are a way to help them with their sleep problems.
